Returning torrent to 'queue' status?

For some reason if I have more than one torrent running none of them seem to ever download anything, so I have my concurrent download queue set to 1.

Sometimes I have a torrent that I'd rather get first tho, so I pause what evers running, and start the other. However, paused torrents never restart. Is there anyway to return the torrent to a queued state so that they'll automatically resume?

I Second this request.

Having a queue management system would be nice. This would include all downloads be in the queue and the top # of downloads can be active based on the already existing settings. Any item can be changed in the queue location, and moreover paused then returned in to the queue system.

Seconded. At the moment I remove and re-add the torrent. Perhaps this could be expanded to let us manage the queue, as in change the order torrents are downloaded in by dragging them around.
